| - made furnace tracker plot using Eli's 2022-2024 fuel consumption versus outside temperature - worked with analog sensors on ESP32 including light sensor - Phone call 10-25 - soldered cables with sensors and put screw terminals on the ESP32 - had trouble soldering small wires, stripping, TMP36 leads, etc. - Led breakout to track furnace on time was simple and worked very well - screw terminals got loaded up too much on ground and 3.3V pins - temp sensor not working properly perhaps because on 3.3V pin. Docs may be incorrect and should be on VCC 5V - Discussed switching to CSV workflow and to see if we can extra data from 1 minute Govee temp sensors + put ESP32 on hold because the goal was lots of sensors or cost effective. |
