VIAM.com
This is a cloud service that lets you configure sensors on raspberry pi devices. The downside is that it takes a little effort to install the OS using the regular Raspberry Pi loader and then install the VIAM app using Linux commands. You also use the Linux UI to connect to someone's WIFI.

Then you plug in your sensors and need to configure them through a web app basically writing JSON files. The devices can upload code to the VIAM app but it's somewhat locked there until you write Javascript to download it and display it in some form. This is all not terrible because you could setup a standard ISO that gets copied to every Raspberry Pi and copy/paste the JSON when configuring one.

My device on a Raspberry Pi 3 with an air quality sensor on USB was unreliable. It would crash after 1-2 weeks and need a reboot. There could be something wrong with the hardware as it can't play audio. I'll swap it out for a new one. Though I didn't realize the Raspberry Pi 3 board needs to be recreated for Raspberry 4 which seems like a lot of work.
