Reusable temperature and humidity logged ($30). Says 200 day storage. Though battery reports low after 3 days in freezer. Uses large coin cell.
Hold the "start/status" button for 5 seconds to start logging. Generates a PDF report and CSV file when plugged in as USB drive. Note, it's USBA and bulky so you might want use an extension cable.

Placed on top shelf of old 1980s GE freezer near door for 3 days. Battery reported low when taken out.
